Firenze my love!!!

For my last birthday we traveled to Florence. I had the privilege to share this experience with my dear husband. Nothing prepared me to this experience: I was just blown away!
There are not enough words to describe the city, so I will just recommend to go and see it for yourself. We walked a lot and visited lots of museums, ate really good food (how can you not? Its Italy after all!) and had lots of delicious ice-cream!
I thought a lot if I should post this post - because its kinda old, but the trip left me blown away and very much in love so I had to do it.
It was really hard to choose photos for this post but, here are a few photos edited down from the hundreds of photos I've taken.

This is for Henrik - for knowing me so well.

Via Luigi Carlo Farini, our hotel's street. Next to it you will fined, Florence's synagog
The most commun transport - mopeds

Narrow streets and cars driving fast

Windows. Lots of windows

The Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore is absolutely magnificent. We sat and stared at it for an hour. And went back again.
